1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options depending on the destination and urgency of your order. Estimated delivery times are based on business days and are calculated from the day your order is processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer promotions that include free shipping on orders above a certain amount. If applicable, the free shipping offer will be displayed during checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Custom framing orders may require additional processing time due to the personalized nature of the product.
  • Business Days: Our order processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain products, especially oversized or custom orders.
  • Restricted Areas: Some products may not be available for shipping to certain areas due to restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. If your address falls into a restricted area, we will notify you and offer alternative options if possible.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. FrameCriotop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
