
Refund and Returns Policy for FrameCriotop

At FrameCriotop, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Custom Framing: Custom frames are carefully crafted to your specifications and are non-returnable unless there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship.
- Ready-Made Frames: You may return ready-made frames within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items such as personalized or custom prints, art, and products that have been altered or used cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@framecriotop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Step 2: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. You may be required to provide photographs of the item to verify any defects or damages.
- Step 3: Ship the return item back to us. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during return shipping.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Non-Damaged or Defective Items: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-damaged, non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label upon approval.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Custom Framing Orders: Refunds for custom framing orders are only provided if the item is defective or damaged.
- Ready-Made Frames: Refunds for ready-made frames will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different frame or item, please return the original product according to the return instructions and place a new order.
6. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel custom framing orders. If you wish to cancel a ready-made frame order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed, but once it is in production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You can reach us at info@framecriotop.com. We will offer the following options:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not desired or possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please include photos of the damaged or defective items when contacting us to expedite the process.
